2. User Responsibility

2.1 You acknowledge and agree that all Generated Content is solely your responsibility. You assume full liability for any claim, damage, or dispute arising from the use, publication, or sharing of Generated Content.

2.2 You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that is:

  • Illegal, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive ("NSFW" content);
  • Infringing upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right of a third party;
  • Depicting real persons without their explicit written consent;
  • Promoting hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

3.1 Platform Ownership. AI Music Video Generator retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including its underlying software, algorithms, models, interfaces, and brand assets. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service or its technology to you.

3.2 Your Input. You retain all rights to the original ideas, creative direction, text prompts, and other materials you submit to the Service ("User Input"). By submitting User Input, you grant AI Music Video Generator a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

3.3 Generated Content — Paid Subscribers. If you are a paying subscriber, you own the copyright to all content generated through your paid use of the Service, including videos, audio tracks, and images ("Generated Content"). AI Music Video Generator makes no claim of ownership over your Generated Content. You are free to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercialize it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the conditions in Section 3.5 below.

3.4 Generated Content — Free Tier. If you access the Service on a free or trial basis, you may use Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. AI Music Video Generator reserves the right to display or reference such content for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

3.5 Your Compliance Responsibility. Regardless of your subscription tier, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all User Input and Generated Content (a) does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party, and (b) complies with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. AI Music Video Generator accepts no liability for any legal claims arising from your use or distribution of Generated Content.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 The Service may include paid features, including one-time purchases or subscription plans.

4.2 No refunds will be issued for any completed generations, credits, or subscription periods that have begun.

4.3 In case of technical issues preventing generation, users may contact support at support@aivideogenerator.so for review.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5.2 AI Music Video Generator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any Generated Content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Music Video Generator and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law
